Chocolate Riddles: 30 Sweet Riddles with Answers

30 riddles Β· tap Hint or Answer to reveal

Chocolate starts out a long way from the candy aisle. It begins as beans inside big, colorful pods that grow straight out of the trunk of the cacao tree, in warm, rainy places near the equator. The beans are dried, roasted and ground before they become anything you’d want to eat, and for most of history, people drank chocolate instead of biting into it.

These 30 chocolate riddles mix sweet treats with true chocolate facts. The easy round is all about the chocolate snacks kids already love, the medium round explains what’s actually inside a chocolate bar, and the tricky round travels back to the ancient Maya and Aztecs. There are no brand names here, just chocolate.
