You carry the answers to every riddle on this page around with you all day. These 30 human body riddles cover the parts you can see, like your eyes, nose and fingerprints, and the ones working quietly inside you, from your hard-working heart to the tiniest bone in your ear. Each riddle is built on a real fact about the body, so kids learn something while they guess.
The easy riddles suit younger kids learning body parts and the five senses. The medium ones fit a science lesson on organs and the skeleton, and the tricky section has surprises that most grown-ups don’t know.

Make It a Game
- Point to it: with younger kids, read a riddle and have everyone point to the answer on their own body before saying it. The internal organs make a great chance to talk about where things are.
- Body map: trace around a child on a big sheet of paper. Each time someone solves a riddle, they draw that organ or bone in the right place on the outline.
- Doctor’s round: in teams, one player is the “doctor” who reads the riddle and hint. A correct answer without the hint earns two points, with the hint one point.
- Fact follow-up: after each tricky riddle, ask the group to guess one more fact about that body part, then look it up together.
